Class Positioning

GT-Premier is the highest level of competition within San Aae GT.
It represents the pinnacle of professional GT3 racing under the San Aae banner and is reserved for drivers and teams operating at the absolute top of the performance and conduct spectrum.

This is not a development class.
This is the final tier.

GT3 BMW

Driver Format

  • Single Driver

  • One driver, one car, full race distance

  • No driver changes

  • No stint-based driver requirements

Customer Level

GT-Premier places complete competitive responsibility on a single driver from green flag to checkered flag.

Driver Eligibility

Eligible license grades:

  • Gold

  • Platinum

Entry into GT-Premier is by approval only.

Eligibility is determined by:

  • Competitive record

  • Championship history

  • On-track discipline

  • Steward and Race Director evaluation

  • Demonstrated ability to operate at GT-Premier pace without intervention

San Aae GT reserves the right to deny entry regardless of license grade.

Vehicle Eligibility

  • GT3-spec customer race cars

  • FIA-homologated or equivalent platforms

  • Approved manufacturers per San Aae GT technical bulletin

All vehicles are subject to:

  • Strict technical compliance

  • Enhanced scrutiny during inspection

  • Continuous BoP monitoring

GT-Premier receives priority technical oversight.

Race Format

  • Full-distance championship races

  • Single-driver execution across all sessions

  • No success ballast

  • No driver swaps

  • No mandatory pit windows tied to driver rotation

  • GT-Premier Teams Championship (where applicable)

  • Annual title recognition as San Aae GT Champion

GT-Premier competitors are held to the highest standard of:

  • Racecraft

Tolerance for avoidable contact or pattern-based incidents is minimal.

Sanctions may include:

  • Immediate penalties

  • Points forfeiture

  • Event exclusion

  • Championship disqualification

Promotion & Class Control

GT-Premier is not open enrollment.

Entry may occur via:

  • Promotion from GT-Pro

  • Direct invitation by San Aae GT

  • Exceptional credentials approved by the sanctioning body

San Aae GT may require:

  • Advancement into GT-Premier

  • Reclassification between classes

  • Removal from GT-Premier if standards are not maintained

Class integrity takes precedence over participation.

Relationship to GT-Pro

GT-Pro and GT-Premier are distinct championships.

GT-Pro is the professional proving ground.
GT-Premier is the destination.

Movement between classes is governed solely by San Aae GT.
