Participation in motorsport events is inherently dangerous.
By registering for San Aae GT, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Motorsports involve risks including injury, accident, or death

• You assume all risks associated with participation

• You will comply with all event rules, regulations, and safety requirements

• San Aae GT reserves the right to remove individuals or teams for unsafe behavior, misconduct, or rule violations

Detailed technical, sporting, and safety regulations may be published separately and are considered part of these Terms when referenced.

6. Intellectual Property

All Site content, branding elements, league documentation, and materials are protected by copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property laws.
