Entry Fees & Refund Policy

San Aae GT entry fees are structured to support event planning, venue commitments, staffing, and championship operations.
1. Application & Acceptance

Submission of an application does not constitute acceptance.

No funds are due until an entry is formally accepted and an entry agreement is executed.
2. Entry Fee Payments

Upon acceptance, entry fees are payable according to the schedule outlined in the Entry Agreement.

Entry fees secure grid placement and operational allocation
3. Withdrawal by Entrant

Withdrawals prior to the official season commitment deadline may be eligible for a partial refund or credit, at the sole discretion of San Aae GT.

Withdrawals after the commitment deadline are generally non-refundable, as costs will have already been incurred.
4. Credits in Lieu of Refund

At San Aae GT’s discretion, a portion of paid entry fees may be applied as a credit toward a future San Aae GT event or season, subject to availability.

Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
5. Championship or Event Changes

In the event San Aae GT modifies, postpones, or cancels an event or season, reasonable efforts will be made to offer credits, rescheduling, or partial refunds, depending on circumstances.
6. Force Majeure

San Aae GT shall not be liable for refunds due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, venue closures, or force majeure events.
7. No Revolving Deposits

San Aae GT does not operate as a custodial or investment entity.

Entry fees are used solely for championship operations, infrastructure, and event execution.
