A legal disclaimer

This Liability Waiver & Release of Claims (“Waiver”) is a legally binding agreement between the participant (“Participant”) and San Aae GT Racing League, including its owners, officers, employees, contractors, volunteers, event staff, track partners, affiliates, and sponsors (collectively, “San Aae GT,” “we,” “our,” “us”).By entering, participating in, or being present at any San Aae GT event, practice, test day, race weekend, or related activity (“Event”), the Participant acknowledges and agrees to the following:1. Assumption of Risk Participant fully understands and voluntarily accepts that motorsport activities are inherently dangerous and involve significant risks, including but not limited to:
Vehicle collisions
High-speed loss of control
Mechanical failures
Debris impacts
Fire, explosion, or fuel hazards
Personal injury, paralysis, or death
Participant freely assumes all risks, known and unknown, associated with participation or attendance at any Event.2. Release of LiabilityTo the fullest extent permitted by law, Participant hereby waives, releases, and discharges San Aae GT and its affiliates from:
Any and all claims
Liability
Demands
Actions
Causes of action
Damages
Medical expenses
Property loss or damage
arising from or relating to participation in any Event, whether caused by negligence, track conditions, equipment failure, or the actions of others.3. IndemnificationParticipant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless San Aae GT from any claims brought by:
Other participants
Team members
Crew
Spectators
Family members
Insurance companies
Any third parties
for damages or injuries alleged to be caused by Participant’s actions or failure to follow Event rules.4. Medical Treatment ConsentParticipant consents to receive emergency medical care during an Event if necessary.Participant understands and agrees that:
San Aae GT is not responsible for medical decisions or treatment outcomes.
Participant is responsible for all medical costs incurred.
5. Compliance With Rules & InstructionsParticipant agrees to comply with all:
San Aae GT rulebooks
Track rules
Safety guidelines
Technical requirements
Race control instructions
Staff directions
San Aae GT reserves the right to remove any Participant for unsafe behavior or rule violations.6. Equipment ResponsibilityParticipant acknowledges:
They are solely responsible for the safety, condition, maintenance, and legality of their race vehicle.
San Aae GT does not inspect or certify any vehicle as safe for competition.
Participant assumes all risk associated with mechanical or structural failure.
7. No Guarantees or WarrantiesParticipant understands that:
Participation does not guarantee track time, qualification, or race results.
Events may be altered, delayed, or canceled due to weather, safety issues, or operational concerns.
Refunds are governed solely by the San Aae GT Refund/Cancellation Policy.
8. Photography & Media ReleaseParticipant grants San Aae GT full rights to photograph, film, livestream, or record them during Events and to use such media for:
Marketing
Promotion
Broadcast
Social media
Commercial use
without compensation.9. MinorsParticipants under 18 require:
A parent or legal guardian
Signed minor waiver
Presence at registration
No exceptions.10. Governing LawThis Waiver is governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Delaware.Any disputes must be resolved in Delaware courts unless otherwise required by law.11. Acknowledgment & AcceptanceBy registering for, entering, or participating in any San Aae GT Event, Participant confirms that they:
Have read and understood this Waiver
Voluntarily agree to its terms
Understand the risks involved
Are legally capable of signing
This Waiver remains in effect for all future San Aae GT Events unless revoked in writing.
